Unanswered Questions

Below is a list of things that I wonder about on a regular basis, my list of unanswered (to date) questions.
(inspired by Ms. Minnie G’s own list of unanswered questions)

1. Who came up with raisins? Whose idea was is to pick up that sun-dried grape that resembles rat droppings, and make it a snack-time favorite? (I personally don’t like raisins)

2. When will inner-thigh rips in jeans be “in”? Can we please make that a movement for us less-than-skinny ladies?

3. Why doesn’t twitter have an italics option? I need it.

4. Why can’t we just let Pluto be a planet? I’ll never get over what they did to poor Pluto. I feel you though, Pluto! I spent more than half of my life believing I was something that I wasn’t. For 15 years I thought my middle initial was E like the rest of my family. Turns out it isn’t. It’s U.

5. Why do people come fully dressed (makeup, outfit, jewelry, heels) to pool parties?

6. What is my future husband praying about right now? (And what is he doing/wearing/ thinking? AND WHERE IS HE!?)

7. Where will I be in life when my car is due for her next inspection?

8. What is Lauryn Hill doing right now?

9. When will my plans start to line up with God’s?

10. How did I make it through last year? The year before?

11. Where is my other sock/ headphones/ phone charger?

12. Why am I so afraid of midgets? I got over my fear of needles and I’ve accepted that my aversion to dead bodies is normal. But little people? Nah, I can’t do it.

13. Why are crows so unattractive?

14. Why am I so attracted to “old-lady” names? Lorraine, Imogene etc. My future baby girl is in trouble!

15. How can I be an occasional chubby chaser when I can’t even love my own soft belly?

16. When will I commit?…to something, anything?
